Hi there,

I have a filter that needs 2 criteria to be met to return "True". If the second criteria is not met, i.e. the domain name of the email address does not match is there a way to continue the flow and append a different Customer Custom Field 1? As per image, Customer Custom Field 1 = 105 but lets say domain does not match then continue the flow and append Customer Custom Field 1 = 101 instead.

Hi @troycoker08,

For this use case, you would have to add another route to your workflow with the following conditions. This will ensure that your workflow continues if Customer Custom Field 1 = 105 and Customer Email does not contain the domain.
