Filtering out with "or" function

Hello, I have set up a workflow and created multiple filters with the "or" however it does not seem to work. Am I setting something up incorrectly?

I have added screenshots as well.

It seems to only look at the first filter and if that filter is "True" that it does not look at the second filter.

Hello @IlanFreeman ,

Use 'AND' if you want to check that both conditions are true. Currently, you're using 'OR', which checks if either one is true.
