Filtering!!

Hello everybody>

I have LP connected to google sheet by pabbly , and from google sheet I send emails+whatsapp campaigns by API

The problem is some people already registered but they coming again and putting their data again so they receive same emails and whatsapp messages

this make them angry+ consumes more tasks

I tried to make Google Sheet Lookup to check if they already exist and I added filter (Only continue if >>email does not exist but always shows me error..

Now How can I add filter so somebody already in the google sheet even he put his data in the LP his data doesn't go to google sheet.

Hey @typhon99

You can use the Lookup Spreadsheet action event in your workflow with filter action step, which will give you the response whether the user has already filled the details or not and if the user is not available then only it will process the workflow.

You can refer to the following screenshot for your better understating. Kindly try this at your end and let us know if that helps you out.

I did the same steps you showed out but doesn't work ..I tried to to make the filter doesn't exist it worked with already exist emails but it doesn't register new email which is not in the list!!

All what I want a filter prevent already exist email to register in the google sheet allowing just new emails

As we can see from your workflow, you haven't applied the filter action step in your workflow.

Though we have added the filter action step and it should work now.
