Hello,

I am transferring received WhatsApp messages to E-mail. In the email message, the carriage returns are replaced with \n. I tried to insert a Text Formater step to search for \n and replace with <br>, but the \n remains in the email messages.

Any idea ?

After using the Text Formatter to replace the text, you should map its response in the email body to process the content with <be>. Please map the data from the second step and then try again.
