first_name content length error

Hi,
I am trying to connect FB lead ads and create a workflow.
FB connection is all done and I got the response data, but in the next step "Choose Your Next Application : Action" I am selecting the "Eductrl" App and mapping the fields and while saving I am getting "first_name content length exceeded" error. In our App "EduCtrl" we have kept first_name 50 characters.
