Hi,
Our flow is not getting triggered automatically if a new contact sends a message with the same/matched keyword. It used to work previously, but not working anymore.

Can you please investigate and help solve this?

Thanks for reaching out.

We tested your flow, and it appears to be working fine from our end. However, we noticed that instead of simple keywords, you have added full sentences as trigger keywords.

Due to this, the flow will only trigger when the exact same text (full sentence) is received from the user. If there is even a slight variation, the flow will not trigger.

Recommendation:​

  • Use short and common keywords instead of full sentences
    (e.g., use “info”, “course”, “details” instead of long phrases)
This will make the trigger more flexible and ensure the flow works as expected.

Please update the keywords accordingly and test again. Let us know how it goes.
