Flow Not Triggering – Need Support for Vedanshi Flow

Hello Pabbly Support Team,

I have created a flow in Pabbly Chatflow with the name “Vedanshi Flow”.
It is connected with my WhatsApp Business number +91-9425075719.

However, the flow is not starting when a new message is received.
I have already saved and published the flow, but still it is not triggering as expected.

Details:

  • Flow Name: Vedanshi Flow
  • WhatsApp Number: +91-9425075719
  • Issue: Flow not starting on new messages (User Starts Conversation trigger not working)

Could you please let us know how you have connected your number in Pabbly Chatflow? Specifically, is the number connected to the WhatsApp Business APP or to only the WhatsApp Cloud API?
 
9425075719 , The number is connected through the WhatsApp Business App.

My number +91-9425475694 is not connected with the WhatsApp Business App, but still the flow is not working with this number. I have also tried testing with this number, but it is not triggering.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello @Abhishek Verma,

It seems there is an issue with how the number was added in Chatflow. We request you to try adding the number again using the WhatsApp Connect method without deleting the existing one using the WhatsApp Connect method. If the issue persists, please share a screencast of the connection process so we can assist you further.
