Which application you're using in the Trigger event?

Still, you can try using the Search event to get the contact details from Flowlu which will get you the Contact ID -

Using Flowlu as a trigger event (as per OP). There is no data that returns either a Contact ID or email address, unfortunately. So still at a loss...

You should check with the Flowlu team whether they provide either a Contact ID or email address in the webhook trigger event you're looking forward to use.
