Fluent form and PERFEX CRM integration

I'm trying to create an automation from Fluent Forms to PERFEX CRM to create a new lead in PERFEX when a Fluent Form is submitted. I have an error of response. When I created the automation and tested it, I receive response with no additional information. I also received an email saying there was a task error, picture attached. Please advice.

Did you deleted the workflow "Send lead to Prefix" from your Pabbly Connect account? We are unable to find that workflow in your account.

Thank you for the response. Yes, I deleted the send lead to Perfex and added a webhook workflow instead. Just to let you know the docs on Perfex rest API has the incorrect information for the head. It has authorization instead of Authtoken. When I tried the workflow with authorization it did not work but when I tried it with authtoken it worked fine. See the attached picture for authoration vs authtoken.
