Format and put all API GET Responses on a new line in an email

The challenge is very simple in principle I guess.
The only problem left is getting all responses from a iterator and putting each entry on a new line so that I end up with ONE text field containing them all (however many lines that might require - it can be 3, 6, 20 lines etc. - I don't know).

Usecase: I need to insert time logging entries into an email report and send them to the customer each week.
