Hi, I have created a contact form with Forms.App creating a specific field for the email, not a random text email, but a proper email field.
That does not show up anywhere as a single response, because Pabbly pulls the data from Form Questions and mixes all the answers in one single field.
Now, this doesn't seem to be a problem of Forms.App because if I test with Zapier or KonnectzIT I can see the email field being pulled on its own, so I don't really understand why the same doesn't happen with Pabbly?

I need the single email and first name fields to send an automated personalised email via gmail.

Hey @AlessiaPand

It appears that you are getting the email address an other details in the trigger response accordingly.

You only need to use the JSON extract after the trigger event, since you have captured the webhook response in advance format.
