Hi!

Not sure if this is a bug or not but it's not working properly... Sometimes deals are automatically created but most of the time they aren't.

History says:
Name can't be empty
Email address can't be empty
Deal created can't be empty

These information are mapped and are visible on Intercom. The link under Your Task History ID is just one of the IDs I have issues with.

Note: This typically occurs with leads that have been automatically tagged as "full-contact" in Intercom. The current workaround involves removing the automatically applied "full-contact" tag and then manually adding it. However, we would prefer not to resort to this method each time this issue arises, as it is more cumbersome than manually adding the leads to our CRM.

Hey @Couch Skins

Regarding your concern, we have added a Filter action step before the "Create Contact" action step which will check for the existing contact first and then it will create the contact.

So, we request you to give it a test submission and then try again.
