From Google sheet sending email (Gmail) not working

Hi, I created a simple workflow that sends email when a record in google sheet is added.
When I click send & test request, it managed to send the test email properly.
But when I added a new record in my google sheet, the email did not arrive.
I already made sure that the "Send on Event" option is checked.
What did I miss?

Hi @shouran,

Please make sure that when you add a new record to your Google Sheets, you add the data to your Trigger Column as well.

If you are adding data to your spreadsheet through an API, ensure that you enable 'Auto Send on Schedule'.
