Within my automation i'm consitently getting

}

When trying to "Create Contact" with Pabbly and Funnelkit.

As my flow also includes a webhook to create a Support Ticket in Fluent Support i can see that connection with my site is working fine.

I have refreshed the connection with a new Public API key set to read / write.

Thank you for sharing the details.

Upon checking the workflow and task history, we noticed that the action where the contact was being created in FunnelKit has been deleted, so we are currently unable to review the exact configuration.

Additionally, from the task history, it appears that some required fields were either not mapped or were missing valid data, which have resulted in errors.

Could you please re-add the Create Contact action in the workflow and ensure all required fields are properly mapped? Once done, please let us know so we can review the setup again and assist you further in resolving the issue.

Hi Preeti, as the action continued to fail i replaced it with a simpler webhook and all is now resolved, thank you for your attention in this matter and your quick response!
