As per the attached image, you are facing the "In order to maintain a healthy ecosystem engagement, the message failed to be delivered" error while sending WhatsApp messages through Chatflow.

The error "In order to maintain a healthy ecosystem engagement, the message failed to be delivered" is coming from Meta because you are trying to send the same message template to a user who has not responded to your previous message.

Since the user did not engage with the previous message, WhatsApp may restrict further attempts to prevent spam-like behavior. This also impacts the quality rating of your template, which could lead to additional restrictions.

To improve delivery and avoid this issue, consider:
  • Use a different message template to follow up instead of resending the same one.
  • Monitoring your template quality rating in WhatsApp Business Manager.
  • Ensuring users opt in and engage with your messages to maintain a high-quality rating.
Additionally, other factors such as message frequency, rate limits, or policy violations could also contribute to delivery failures.
