The action doesn't seem to be correctly configured. The Invoice Number field is mandatory if the auto-generate option is disabled. Please configure the action correctly and let us know if it resolves the issue.

The issue has now been resolved you can start using the action and for the failed task histories you can re-execute the failed and skipped steps.
