GHL Auto create subaccount and create user problem

i have 2 lead connect the first one is for "sub account" creation and for the second is to "login credentials" I am trying to automate the creation of sub-accounts, including the automatic generation of login credentials. However, when I reach the step of creating a user, I receive the following response: 'Email Message: A user with this email already exists,' and 'Email Rule: email_unique.'
