GHL Subaccounts not being created

I searched the forums here and have not found the answer, so perhaps someone can help. In my workflow, even though I am connected to GoHighLevel (meaning that I did use the Agency API Key), and even though I select "create a location," it only makes a contact locally. It does not make a subaccount under the agency. I don't see why. Any advice is appreciated.

I wonder if maybe the API key ... sort of... wears off? Do I have to make a new API key each time I change the mapping or add steps to the workflow?

Really just looking for help here. I purchased the biggest plan of Pabbly that I could find so I can be sure that my account has no limitations on it. But it doesn't seem to create new subaccounts no matter what I try.

That wouldn't be necessary, you can try re-generating your GHLs' Agency API key once and then try the action step again.

Ok so I have regenned the key... and the test sample DOES work. That is huge!! Thank you. I still need to see if it works when I am not just "Send Test Response and Save"
