Gmail - This action event has been deprecated.

Hi, some of my workflows have the deprecated message on gmail send.

"This action event has been deprecated. Please update this step with the new version of the same action event. Click the icon to learn more."

How can i move to the newer version without having to set up and reconnect all html fields again?

Hi @neorun,

I’m afraid that’s not possible. Changing the deprecated Gmail action step to the newer version will require you to enter the entire content of your email again and remap the data from above.


You can copy your HTML email content into a Notepad file, then paste the same content into the new Gmail action step and remap the data. This is the fastest way to set up the new Gmail action step.
