I have connected instagram to one GMB profile I am trying to create a workflow where when you upload a video on instagram with caption the same video is uploaded on GMB update with caption ""
However,
The GMB gives the following error when I save and send text request
Video uploaded from post is not currently supported. Media item index: 0.
The video is of format mp.4
It 6.24 MB
It is 54 seconds long
The below is the media format in GMB
How do I fix the issue?
