Can anyone suggest me a good CRM ( Simple) which can help me to

1) Organise my contacts
2) Intgrate whatsapp cloud api to Send Automated Birthday Messages
3) Can be integrated with Razor pay via pabbly connect
4) Can be integrated with google contacts via pabbly connect
5) where I can broadcast messages in limited quantity

These CRM use only Official Whats app API, for which I have to pay for each messages and the messages goes from a business name. I want to pay for each messages and get bounded.
