Google Ads issue

I have same problem, I am the admin and only user in my Google Ads. I connected my account but Manager ID is empty, Customer ID is empty.
My Google Ads is a normal Google Ads acount (single account).
Is it impossible to use Pabbly as a single Google Ads account? What steps I need to achieve to use Pabbly? Please help me, I come from another platform that was more expensive, but it was pretty simple to connect to Google Ads and send offline conversions... HELP PLEASE.

Hey @EdnaE !

It appears that you have not correctly connected your Google Ads Campaign or that you have not added any Google Ads to your Google Ads.

Please try reconnecting your Google account once more while authenticating with the correct customer Id.

Further, please make a new connection and ensure the connection ID which you are passing is from the manager type.

Hi EdnaE, did this work? I have tried this and it is still blank, but for multiple Google products (Google Ads and Google Analytics).

I have the same issue. I have a single Adwords account - no Managers are needed - and as ad Admin on the account all these fields are blank.

In terms of using the Google Ads action step, you need to use your manager's account type and if all your ads are not visible then please try refreshing the field or reconnecting the action step.
