Google contacts not being added in my workflow? How to check for errors?

All my steps in my workflow are working, except the adding contact to google contacts. Please advise if something is wrong?

You can check your history log, and toggle the action step in which you think you are having such an issue.

We have checked the history log in your account and couldn't find any issue in the "Create Contact" action step.
