HI,
I have created a 3 step workflow for google reviews (New google review + Chat GPT + Google review reply). Its executed without errors. in task history no errors seen. but replies not updated in Google My Business review section (No reply). Please help

Hello @Jimshad,

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing the workflow details.

Upon reviewing your workflow, we noticed that in the Google Business Profile → Create Reply action, a static review was selected in the Review Name field. Due to this, each time the workflow executed, it attempted to reply to the same review, which caused the replies to not reflect as expected for new reviews.

We have now updated the workflow on your behalf and mapped the Review Name dynamically from the trigger step. This will ensure that every new incoming review is replied to correctly and automatically.

Kindly test the workflow again and let us know how it goes. You may also re-execute any previous task history using the “Entire Re-execution” option to verify the behavior.
