Hi, I have intergrated my CRM (Leadsquared) with Google Contacts. So anytime a new lead is created on my CRM, that contact gets created on Google Contacts.

This worked smoothly for some days. Now all triggers are failing with the following error:

Error code: 401
Error message: Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project.
Error status: UNAUTHENTICATED

From what I understand, everytime Pabbly is trying for the API via Google Contacts, Google is not able to authenticate if this is a valid request. I believe i need to include Pabbly in the list of approved domains.

I visited the link and created a Client id / secret key via devconsole. But dont know where to put it so that Pabbly is authenticated on Google Contacts.

Some help / guidance here would be much appreciated. TIA!

Hey @jugal_popat

I request you to please make a new connection with your Google account and then try the process again.
