Google Drive after upload. Failed to initialize Drive upload: File not found:

Hey, got a issue with drive's new upload . I've been using the legacy one but seems the past 2 days its having issues.
with the new one I'm uploading the file
but when I try to "get file upload status" I get notFound . it knows the file name and file size, but its giving error. 404

tried a new workflow, maybe there's a bug in that specific workflow, same thing.
