Hi,

I have tried to follow these 2 tutorials.

How to Transcribe Google Drive Files using Salad Transcription API and Save in Google Docs

How to Automatically Copy Files from One Google Drive Folder to Another

On both instances, they establish a connection to google drive, select a folder and if there is a file do a Save and Send Test Request and after that it should do a return.

How come on my end it doesn't return anything. I have read on other thread that it takes 10 minutes, but it's still the same.

Please log in to your Google Drive and Pabbly Connect accounts in an Incognito tab, establish a new connection, upload a new file to the 'pabbly3' folder, and see if that resolves your issue. Kindly record a short video of the entire process, and if the issue persists, share the video in this thread.

Hi @ArshilAhmad, first of all thanks for responding.

I had the same results in incognito mode, a video is here to show that the same concern is happening.
Even though I did not show the pabbly3 folder in google drive, I am sure that there are contents in it, an mp3 file and mp4 file.

To resolve the polling issue with Google Drive triggers, our team has added two new triggers, refer to the attached image for more info:

1. New file in Specific Folder(BETA)
2. New folder in Specific Folder(BETA)

Kindly try using the new triggers and let us know if it works fine for you.
