I had a discussion with the technical team, and they informed me that there is no tool available to extract data from your Excel worksheet. I am afraid the use case you are describing is not possible.

It's a standard .csv file any reason pabbly can't extract data from a standard file?

Syncing data directly from your desktop to an automation workflow may not be possible. Instead, try uploading the .csv file to an application like Google Sheets, OneDrive, Dropbox, or via email. Once uploaded, the workflow will be able to capture and process your .csv file accordingly.

I have a link E-Mailed to me. I copy and paste that link into my browser, and then it downloads the CSV file. When it downloads that file, I drag it into the folder on my desktop. Any suggestions?

Apologies, but it seems that your use case is not feasible.
