google drive : upload a file - doesn't work - error #3

Hey,

I am using whatsapp business cloud API

my flow is:
1. msg notification
2. WhatsApp Cloud API: Retrieve Media URL
3. google drive : upload a file


for some reason step 3 doesn't work. I face error number 3
and I can't upload the media to my google drive


can you please assist?
