Google form to whatsapp not working

I have created 2 workflows which sends whatsapp message when a google form response is received. I am receiving response for one workflow but not for the other one. In the second workflow, no error is appearing when I send a test message. So why is whatsapp not sending response? Is there a limit on the number of workflows in which the recepient number can be same.

It appears that you did pass the correct image file URL with the accepted extension by WhatsApp Cloud API.

So, kindly pass the image URL as mentioned in the help text and then try accordingly.
