Google Forms & Omniscend. Does it take time for the task to happen or is it not working?

Hi. I want to collect contacts via a Google Form and have those contacts added to my Omniscent account. I tried to create the trigger and workflow, but when I tried it, nothing happened beyond the Google Form and spreadsheet. I followed all the instructions.

It appears that you haven't captured the webhook response from your Google Form after the submission.
