Google lookup return wrong value format

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

I'm using google lookup for search in google sheet. And I choose response format format simple. I have been using this a few year and OK, but suddenly yesterday It did give me simple format but advance format. I try using iterrrator buat the outcome is same. Why ?
