it seems it works but i have an another questions i will have to set up like 1000 workflows like this for different shops.. i have severalflow that broke so maintenance is hard on that as if there is no new reviews we can't set it up as fileds are not avaliable... how can i manage that ?

Yes, for an individual location, you need to create a separate workflow.

Moreover, if all the reviews were replied then you can simply continue using the workflow for an upcoming review on your review page.

My point is that my flows break. For example : the flow works well till i get a :
