It appears that you might have made some changes in your workflow and because of that the existing mapping was disrupted.
So, please remap the fields again in the GMB action step correctly and then try again.

i did nit make any chnages, it is coming same issue again
As evident from your GMB workflow, the action step for monitoring new reviews and the GMB action step for creating review responses are associated with distinct accounts. Since both of these actions were linked to different accounts, it resulted in a mismatch of review names/IDs.
So, kindly use the same connection in your GMB action step of that workflow.
