Hello, I have a question regarding internal notifications for Google reviews. The use case is as follows: when a business receives a new Google review, is it possible to use both Lead Connector and Pabbly to send the business owner an internal notification informing them about the review? Furthermore, is it possible to also send a notification to the customer, thanking them for their Google review? The customer records are stored within Lead Connector. If anyone has any experience or has built something similar, please let me know.

Yes, it is possible to send notifications for Google reviews using Pabbly. For your use case, you can set up a workflow in Pabbly Connect to monitor for new Google reviews so that whenever you receive a new review you will receive an email or message.
You can use an action step of Gmail or WhatsApp to send a notification to the business owner.
