Google Search Console URL ownership problem

I'm getting the below problem when submitting a URL to Google Search. I've verified that the connection is valid and don't know what more I can do to alleviate this. Gratreful for any pointer.

Could you please share the Workflow URL in which you have this concern?
Certainly, here's the workflow, and the SC index step is inside the router.


I have three different Google accounts that all have admin rights for the domain, and I've tested with all three. I also have a corresponding setup for two other domains in the workflow below, and they run as expected.
