Google Sheet - check if exist - if not: create

Hi,
I am trying to create an attendee list in Google sheet for WP Amelia events.
I have a spreadsheet, and want to create a new sheet for every event, and add attendees to the according sheet

I can create a sheet, and I can append values, but I can not find a way to do this in one workflow, I get an error saying there is allready a sheet with that name, wich is correct, I want to skip the create sheet step if the sheet already exists

How can I do this?

How can I append the booking values Firstname, lastname and email from the Amelia event to the sheet (in both cases)
For some reason in my initial workflow, it only takes the email correct

Can you please confirm if you're referring to this workflow ( CLONE - [event geboekt] )? Also, have you mapped all the details as required?

If you have appended any values to the Google Sheets using this workflow, then please provide us with the screenshot of your Google Sheet so we can better understand the issue.

I am referring to CLONE - [event geboekt] indeed, I have tried to map the firstname, lastname and email from the booking, but it always gives me the same input while I am testing with different names

As I have checked the task history we have found out two things:

1. The mapped key has the same details in that key(eg: Event Bookings 0 Customer firstname) in both the task histories this is the reason behind getting the same details added in the Google Sheets, refer to the attached screenshot, refer to the attached screenshot.

2. There are multiple customers within the trigger response, Can you please let us know on what basis do you want the details to get entered in the Google Sheets.

yes, that is what is confusing me.
What I want to do is this:
  • an attendee books for the event
  • pabbly is triggerd and checks if the sheet exists
  • if sheet does not exist -> create it, else select the sheet
  • add the name, firstname and email to the sheet
I don't know why all attendees are fetched in the webhook, that does not make sense to me as I only need the info of the current booking

Could you please try using the "New Appointment" trigger instead of the current one? This may help us determine if it brings in the required details for your workflow.
