Google Sheet is not triggering on schedule time

Hi, My Trigger option is Google Sheet, and it is getting data from external application. But on schedule time it is not sending data to Pabbly to take action. I have set Send on Event and Auto send on Schedule both options on in Google Sheet Extension. Please help !

It'll take upto 1 hour to trigger as it's coming from external source.
You can watch this video to reduce it to 1 minute.
