Google Sheet Timestamp Delay in Workflow – Leads Getting Wasted, No Proper Support

Hi Team,

I am a paid user of Pabbly Connect, and I’m facing a serious issue with Google Sheet integration in my workflow.

Whenever a new lead comes in, the data is being sent to Google Sheet — but the timestamp update is very delayed (sometimes by several minutes). This delay is impacting our real-time lead follow-ups and we’re losing valuable clients due to this.

We are using Pabbly for lead automation in performance marketing. Time-sensitive lead delivery is critical for our business. What’s the use of automation if it doesn’t work in real-time?

What I’ve done so far:​

  • Raised Ticket #130518 (No real human response).
  • Sent a follow-up email (it created new ticket #130519 — again, just automated reply).
  • Still, no live call, no solution, no acknowledgment from the technical team.
This is very frustrating as we have paid for this software expecting stable and timely support.

I need clarity on:​

  • Why is there a delay in the Google Sheet update?
  • Is there any way to make the workflow real-time or reduce delay?
  • Why is your support not responding properly, even to paying customers?
Please take this matter seriously. I request the technical team to investigate and respond directly.
