Google sheet to Moxie CRM - Pabbly "waiting for a webhook response" looping for ever

Goal:
When I a new client to the google sheet, I want it to be added to my client list in Moxie.

I did the setup on both sides.

But on Pabbly side, The "Waiting for Webhook Response" loop for ever... See animation attached

Hi @Elwali,

Please watch the video shared below to understand how you can setup Google Sheets as your trigger application.

You are supposed to enter 'B' in the trigger column field during your Initial Setup.

I started with that and didn't work.
Now the question is, should I delete what I did and start fresh?

I am not sure what you mean by 'delete and start fresh,' but yes, you need to set up the Google Sheets trigger step as shown above.
