google sheet trigger -> create a new sheet on another spreadsheet -> update cell on that new sheet (can't work)

Please ensure you have set up the webhook in Google Sheet Extension correctly and verify a few more things. For example, the trigger column should be correct, and the "Send on Event" option should be turned on.
Kindly refer to this video here to rectify your issue -
To make automation work, you must enable 'Send On Event' if you manually enter data into your Google Sheets. If the data added to your Google Sheets comes from another API or third-party application, you also need to enable 'Auto Send on Schedule'.
Note: If your data is being added from an external source/API, your workflow will take up to 1 hour to get triggered.
