Google sheet trigger is not working.

I am seeing this problem and the trigger is not working.

Workflow: 5. When there is form submission create a pdf and send by gmail.
Shared the google sheet and google form with email: [email protected]

Could you please let me know which sheet you have used for automation? Is it Form Response 1 or Form Response 2?

Also, could you please add some value in the last column of both sheets to make the automation work?

This is the sheet name: 02 Enquiry Overseas Education (Responses)
The last column is Z and it has data in it and the test work correctly.
