Google Sheets Automation Question about an if then scenarios

Is there a way to automate inserting a row for a date where there is no entry (in the picture below, Oct 10, 2022 did not have an entry. Would it be possible that if at midnight, there is nothing with that date, to enter the date, and a zero for Sales and # of orders? Something like, at 11:55pm, check the sheet for the current date, and if not exist, then insert row? Is that something that is doable in Pabbly?
