Google Sheets rows added to master database

At the end of every year I must manually copy and paste our sales data from 52 weeks of google sheets into a "master list/database" so I can publish our Best Sellers of [insert year] list.

Each of those 52 weeks I create a new Google Sheet and input any sales for that week as customers buy items.
Hoping there is some way I can link the newly-created sheet to a "master" list and each time I type into a row, that info appears on the master list.

It would also be helpful if there was a way that every item sold via my Shopify site could be recorded in the master list too.
