google sheets to helpscout email for tracking

the goal is to take out repetitive steps in customer service and send customers the info they need timely.

The first way to do this is to automate an email for tracking .
1. Customer S pastes tracking number in google sheet column
2. workflow automation should have a rule for when something is pasted in column AA (Tracking)- it triggers an email to go out to the email noted on column H ( billing/customer service email) and the INV # (column B) and Customer PO # (column F).
3. The email should be sent from helpscout (use bill K) letting th customer know their order shipped, the tracking number, and a generic sales follow up advertising our key products and asking for new quotes ( 'saved reply: sales follow up" in helpscout)
4. Sending the email through helpscout allows us to create a ticket for which a customer can respond to if any issues or if they want a new order
5. This method also reduces redundancy in closing POs in qb and sending invoices multiple times to net30 customers.

can any of these workflows help? I only see the ones connecting new rows to a single email in helpscout :/
