Google Sheets to mailchimp

Hello,

I am trying to add a workflow from Google Sheets to Mailchimp so that I can add members and edits them in the Google Sheet and the results are reflected in Mailchimp.

The Trigger for the GoogleSheet is New or Updated Spreadsheet Row but I cannot find the right trigger for Mailchimp - which one would it be please as I see not equivalent one for this to work ?

Hi @sjo,

You can add a Router to your workflow and configure it in this manner to achieve your desired use case. This workflow is for reference only; you need to make the same changes in your original workflow.

This workflow allows you to add new members to Mailchimp if they don't already exist in your Mailchimp account. If they already exist, their details will be updated based on the data captured from Google Sheets.

Please note that to determine whether a member already exists in your Mailchimp account, the workflow checks using the email address captured in the Google Sheets trigger step. If you change the email address of existing data in Google Sheets, it will not be found in the 'Find Member' action step, and a new member will be created in your Mailchimp account. Therefore, you cannot use this workflow to update a member's email address. However, all other details can be updated.
