Google Sheets Trigger Not Working

Tested this a dozen times, it will not trigger on it's own.

Below are pics and info:

1. I set this up as 1 Google Sheet with 3 tabs.

2. 1st tab is data filled in from 3rd party.

3. 2nd tab is data copied from 1st tab and also filled in by 3rd party.

4. I set the extension up as defined by tutorials and instructions to trigger on edit to column i

5. In the pics you can see the time in the cell as 919am

6. sheets update, on other 3rd parties, but pabbly never updates on the 3rd sheet even 4 hours later.

7. Test sends, manual edit ( if I switch to Send On Event ), and Send All all work fine, but the hourly never triggers on it;s own.
