GoogleSheet new row add, but event not trigger

I have a master sheet and there is a date column in this so I have created automation that when the due is equal to today's date then the entire row will be moved to sub-sheet and when the new row will be added in the sub sheet it will trigger and sent data to pabbly and then from pabbly I will send the notification to the client. but issue it that when new row is added it is not sending notification. I have set as "Sent on event" also
please check once and resolved as soon as possible

Hey @IJpabbly

You can only use "Send On Event" when setting up Google Sheets if the data is coming from a Google application or if you manually enter it. If the data is coming from a third-party application (including Pabbly Connect), however, you may need to choose "Auto Send On Schedule" or "Send on Schedule," which will forward the data in exactly one hour.

I am afraid to say that as of now it is not possible to trigger the workflow with any import range formula or app script.
