Yes, you are using SocketLab Marketing's Create Contact to create the contact as someone fills your Grovepages. Also, you can delete the unwanted credentials by clicking on the Existing Connection.
While truing on the Mapping, you will able to map the values accordingly, and if you keep it turns off it will only allow us to pick the values/labels from the dropdown(List) which means that the list values must be present in your respective an action steps Application.
Besides, you have to use Data Forwarder at the last step of your workflow as it redirects the URL. Though it seems like you have already managed to get this work.
