HELP: Im receving duplicated leads from Google Ads

Hello @whoisadrirs
As we have checked the workflow "Google Ads [MrLandon]", we found that you are using the trigger application "Webhook by Pabbly: Catch Webhook (Preferred)", and the webhook is added to the Google Ads application, which is a descriptive webhook.

Could you please confirm if you have added the same webhook URL twice? If the webhook is added multiple times, it could result in duplicate data being sent. Alternatively, the application itself might be sending the data twice.

Since it's a descriptive webhook, we only receive the data that the application sends. If the data is being sent twice, we recommend contacting the application support team to investigate further.

So you are saying that the error should come from the part of google not from Pabbly right?

Btw, is it possible it was bugged because I duplicated the workflow so the webhook was bugged?

Hello @whoisadrirs
Yes, based on our investigation, the issue appears to be on the Google Ads side and not within Pabbly Connect. Since the webhook used is a descriptive webhook, Pabbly only receives the data that the external application (in this case, Google Ads) sends—it doesn’t actively fetch or trigger duplicates on its own.

Regarding your question about duplicating the workflow: if the same webhook URL was added more than once inside Google Ads, it could definitely lead to duplicated data being sent to Pabbly. We recommend checking your Google Ads setup to ensure the webhook isn't configured multiple times.
